Way to go Andy! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> I make my sheaths pretty much the same way, and they work well enough for me. A belt sander makes the job of smoothing out the edges much easier! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I then dye the edges and after drying I give them a coat of leather cement. Perhaps not professional, but it works for me! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
