Can anyone tell me the measurement, at the widest point, from the edge to the spine of a Dogfather blade? The main site mentions the thickness, but I haven't come across the specs for edge-to-spine width.

I don't have a micrometer, but by tape measure, I measured one of my mint CGs and it's 1 3/4-inches from edge to spine along the blade. At the widest point, between the handle and choil, it's about 2-inches.

on my DFCG I get 1-13/16;

1.815 on the micrometer

which DF sheath? it doesn't come with one, mine are custom as are many <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I sold my DF Corduras, but they were wide enough to hold a Busse FBM, but not the FFBM.

Mine just arrived with a nylon sheath.

Yeah, I think the seller mentioned factory sheath. Man, not much more, it does rattle though.

I think the nylon sheath is way better than the kydex one. The kydex DF sheath is a thumb snapper and a blade scratcher.
