Shot this stag on Tuesday. Took me 3 trips to work him out. That looks absolutely delicious! Lightly seared with a bit of salt and pepper is the ticket for me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> . The blades look good too.
