how great Patti and Dan are!
The wait was unbearable and very hard for the knives to live up to, but the moment I tore open the box and unwrapped my knives, my jaw just DROPPED! Everything was beyond my wildest time-enhanced dreams!
Patti accomodated my combined shipping request with cheerful promptness-- where else can you get that?! I am just amazed at this level of service for a "production" knife--no, for any company! Thank you so much Patti, you really are the best!!!
And Dan, thank you so much for the quality and value that your knives represent! I'm just now holding my Dogfather and SS4 together, and man, let me tell you, there is nothing sweeter.

Why not spend your money here. If you have any collection at all this is surely the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something really big. I know I will always be a customer. I really appreciate their participation in the forums. I always wished that Jennifer would chime in on Rat Chat, but she’s pretty quiet. Eric’s finally starting to post there more. For a while, we didn’t hear much from him. I really like that you read and reply to our feedback. It makes for a more friendly atmosphere, and gives us a chance to get to know you guys better.

I love that Dan and Patti take part in the forum. They use it as a resouce to improve their knives and we feel like our opinions matter and help us feel more involved.
