This is how I launch the Yard Guard. Sorry, it's a little too dark. ![[Linked Image from i536.photobucket.com]](http://i536.photobucket.com/albums/ff324/Goemon1973/th_PICT0089.jpg) The short video was took during my last trip, 3 days in the woods, with some blades ( scrap yard and others ) and three friends. Pictures will come soon.

Just as well the Guard didn't arrive at the tree [censored] first or we'd be lamenting the late Goemon! (Nice stick noise though!!)

I've thrown my DM and it's hit butt-first a few times it never really bounced back just fell to the ground.Nice stick though throwing knives is very addictive.

It is a good thwok noise.
I have had my DM bounce off a stump and chase me...scared the heck out of me and I was high stepping to stay out of the way.

If you stop the movie at his end, you'll see the knife , perfectly stuck in the tree, at about the same height of my chest.
When it hits handle first, id does not bounce too far.

My favorite big throwing knife is the FFBM. It hits with authority, whether it sticks or not!
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I tend not to throw my knives, as I either have to duck and dodge like I'm in the matrix movies, or work for an hour to fix the damage I've done to it.
Now axes, I have fun throwing them!

Warning! There are more than just dogs in this yard!
