Ok, I've been patient. Since the last release from the Scrap Yard I have bought: 1 HCLE, 1 Ratmandu, 1 Crash Axe, 1 Skinny ASH-1, and 1 Sarsquatch from the Busse and Swamp Rat companies. I have gotten several more Busse-kin knives from individuals, including a Camp Tramp, Ratweiler, Mud Puppy and a Sarsquatch CE. I sold my Yard Guard, Yard Hook, DFCG and an extra DFLE to help finance the new Busses. NOBODY is getting my remaining DFLE, which is chopper perfection. Think of all the SY knives I could have bought with that money. It boggles the mind. Oh, Dan, don't you think those greedy hogs and rats have had their share of offerings? Bring us some scappers: more S6s, S7s, Birddogs, a flat ground DFCG, and Mud Puppies. A golok, kukri, or bolo might be nice, too. Bring them!Don't let the Swamp and Busse get all the money!

I haven't gone quite so crazy spending; just bought an HCLE, and looking at the BF for a Busse, but I am anxiously awaiting Dan to release something (preferably MPLE, BDLE, and I like the idea of a Bolo or Kukri!). I've been having serious SYK cravings; please feed us Dan!

Well, this is all new to me, buying Bussekin knives. I do have a Muddy Chopweiler on the way, and in two weeks a Yard Hook, and a Custom HC. Might start putting some money down on a Smith and Wesson 327PD, so most likely no money for knives for a couple of months for sure. I already have a Mud Puppy, don't want the Bird Dog. After I get the Yard Hook, there really is no early SY knife I want. So it would have to be something new from the Yard that I would consider. Still would like to get a Ratweiler, SARquatch, ASH-1, Skinny ASH-1, SJTAC, BATAC.

I skipped some ganzas hoping that a SY release was near. I can get three Scrappers for the price of one Busse. I doubt that SY will ever make more DFLEs, but a full flat ground CG would be just as good. Seems like everybody wants a Dog Father. I have mine, of course. And the S6 is still very sought after, for good reason. I'd love to see a 4" Mud Puppy. So many possibilities.

As to saying that there really is no early SY knife I want, maybe I should have said, I already have everything I want: S6, DFCG, DMCG, Yard Hook, MPLE, YKCG.

Those are all excellent knives, Shaolin. I replaced my YH & YG with the Camp Tramp, and my highly modified DFCG with the DFLE. Even though I have a M6 and ASH-1, I prefer the Scrapper 6 as a user in a knife that size. I prefer the YKCG to the YKLE and the DMLE, UM, and DMDC to the DMCG, but all the versions are good. My favorite small Scrapper is the SS4. That is why I'd like to see a 4" Mud Puppy in the 154CM. Or even another SS4 in 154CM. I like those mudder handles better than the small SY handles on the YKs and DMs.

There is also a chance I might take another look at the SS4, maybe, lol

Bring it! I learned about SYK months after their last release. In the meantime, I picked up a Crash Axe, two Fox Rivers, a Hairy Carry 3.5, Mean Street Variant and now have an NMFBM in mind. I want another SYK <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />!
