Great news! We are proud to announce the addition of our new head of customer service, Renee. Renee has been with the Busse Knife Group for nearly 5 years.
Last week, we caught her enroute to the dumpster behind the Busse shop and were able to convince her that she should come over to the Scrap Yard side of life. She enthusiastically agreed!!! Oh sure, I suppose the word "kidnapped" could be used here but it seems a bit harsh. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />
After a full week of what we refer to as our patented "Bourbon Boarding" she is now very excited about being part of the Scrap Yard team (We can tell she's excited by the way she slurs her words and continues to fall down the steps leading to her office!) She will now be in charge of answering all emails and customer communications.
