The second "bone" for the dog bowl will be the Bird Dog LE and the nylon sheaths at 1/2 price on Monday (09/08/08) between 9pm and 10pm Eastern. It will be done just like the first Dog Bowl. Once again, if for some reason (like maybe I pass out too early ) I am setting an automatic go for 9:55pm.

The price for the Bird Dog LE is $89.95 plus shipping. We have VERY limited number of these knives available, so when I post "go" you must send an email to BOTH renee@scrapyardknives.com AND patti@scrapyardknives.com. You need to include your real name, forum name, address, phone number, the quantity of knives that you would like, and also how you will be paying.

Just in case we have some of those "funny dogs" that are trying to post fake "go" buttons, please make sure that it is me (Renee) that is posting the actual "Go". I am afraid that if you fall for one of those fake "go" buttons you are going to miss out on getting the "bone" put into your dog bowl!

Good luck and remember I still have 1 more "bone" to toss into the dog bowl!

Reconseed is right, and it has been stated in other threads. Posting an offering without pics, specs, and full info is woefully incomplete.

...Looking forward to more info and the offering...

I skimmed through it and almost had a heart attack when I read BirdDog and half price. 89$ is still quite reasonable though especially after the last busse release for 500$+

Why? Because it's stainless, takes a really fine sharp edge, and stays sharp for a long time.

And SR77 is the not best choice for the geometry of that particular knife.

I got in on the muppy, but think I am passing on the bd. Of course I did add a sheath to the 1st round when they were full price. . I am looking forward to round 3.
