Step 1. Send a PM to Rainwalker telling him what you want.
Step 2. Wait for Rainwalker to call and say it's ready.
Step 3. Send money to Rainwalker.

Follow that simple three step process and I will guarantee success on the first try!

Here's a kydex tutorial: http://www.northcoastknives.com/northcoast_knives_tutorials_kydexsheath2.htm
And another: http://www.northcoastknives.com/northcoast_knives_tutorials_kydexsheath.htm
Another good kydex tutorial in this thread:http://www.britishblades.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8465

There are a bunch of sheath making tutorials for both leather and kydex in the second post of this thread: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3175642&posted=1

That's how I make mine <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Six so far. Three kydex and three leather. All six successes <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Tolly hit the nail on the head! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

I learned that two years ago,and I have always been amazed as his leather creations exceed my lofty expectations. His work is the leather craft by which I judge all others. His stitching and the amount of leather he uses are always perfect. You will never find a customer who didn't get way more than they expected from Jeff. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

Arda,welcome to The Yard! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

If you haven't been lurking for long you may not get the inside joke. Rainwalker lives here and creates the most amazing leather and kydex sheaths for forum members. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Try sending a private message to him and ask for directions to a site where you may find what you need. When all else fails...just step up and have one made that is heirloom quality by www.rainwalkercreations.com <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Peace.

arda, I whole heartedly encourage you to try your hand at making sheaths. I don't have any links to any tutorials, however if you need any answers, advice, or assistance, please feel free to send me a message and I'll be glad to help. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Here's a couple links to a couple I made showing the process. You can click the link in my sig for more related links, including a duct tape sheath tutorial. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I made my first leather sheath – it’s a designer one

I made a new leather sheath, my 2nd one so far

With all this discussion of sheaths lately, I'm almost thinking that I should try making one for my DF out of wood for the novelty factor. I know that some swords were housed that way. Wood is something I've got plenty of, and it's effectively free to work with if you don't mind harvesting your own. Chestnut would look real pretty, though a piece of that hornbeam would be much stronger...

A wood sheath would be cool! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I've made a couple wood sheaths with a leather covering in the past, it's a lot of work, but it looks really good when it's done. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Go for it!

Or you could make a DF FROM WOOD like Woodrat does: Covert Top Secret Mutant Ninja Training Camp
