(If the S7 did come out I'd have a hard time justifying buying one, as so far I've told the wife I needed (ok wanted) a superb small, medium and large knife. So those are sorted.. Now the S7 could take over from my S6 but my S6 is bought and paid for.. I can't buy all of Dan's output and have to pick carefully)
If I didn't have any Dan knives yet I'd be screaming for the S7 next, it'll be the most 'user' blade Dan has done.

I have tried to follow this thread, but its over my head! All things being equal, a 7" chops easier than a 6". A 6" is more compact and easier to carry. I really don't care, just so its a well-made knife, and SYKs are well made. My ignorant .02. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Kraz, ..Logos are nice and all but if the logo raises the prices and lengthens the delivery time on the base models, I'll pass! Logos on the LEs are fine by me. Oh I'm WITH you Kraz!! 2 looks at the knife, or 1 look in your wallet.. and you'll Know it's a ScrapYard! Logo.. shmogo.. i don't need it. I like how most DF's you see in pics are all Beaten like the bad dogs they are! so i agree Kraz.. save the logos (and the higher cost) for the LE versions <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> /2 cents

I think the Dogs have the best time of any knife owners out there because they use their knives and they use them hard...thats the way it should be. You need the right environment for that, Dan. Not all of us live in conditions that support hard use. But we love your knives just the same. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> bld, if you're ever on the opposite coast, you can come play in my 3 acre jungle anytime.
