Hello Everyone, Is there a shop that does full convex grinds on knives? Thanks for any info <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />.

Bark River Knife and Tool will put a convex edge on a knife for you for, I think 15 bux.

Bark River Knife and Tool will put a convex edge on a knife for you for, I think 15 bux. +1 on the Bark River Spa, the price is around $40.00 but well worth it.

A convex edge can be put on a knife fairly easily even by someone without a great deal of experience sharpening knives. A full convex grind on the other hand needs to be left to those who know what they are doing with a belt grinder.

I have never done a full convex grind for anybody but me. Best learn on my own knives rather than mess up somebody else's blade. I have done a few convex edges for Busse, Swamp Rat, and Scrapper owners. With my new equipment, I can do a very nice convex edge fast and cheap. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
