Are we there yet?... Are we there yet?...

This is a funny thread; there's lots more activity than information. I could be wrong, but unless the 6 weeks estimate has been pushed back, SoDs should start shipping fairly soon. I'd best plan on paying for them on this month's CC bill, eh? Between SoDs and the 'ganza, I'll have to consider myself out of the monthly steel budget -- of course, that's when I want more stuff the most!

They're still taking SoDs orders, and I recall reading that there would be notice before they stop. I'm still a bit fuzzy on the production sequence -- do you think knives will begin shipping before they stop selling them, or afterward?

I think they stop taking orders and then ship, but I'm not positive. I usually buy BC from the company store, 'ganzas, the BladeForums Exchange, or Knob Creek. I don't like the uncertainty of not knowing when my card will be charged when ordering from the main site. I did order a couple NMFBMs though, and I believe they came down and Hacks went up before any NMFBMs shipped.

o/d1 - Howdy and Welcome to the ScrapYard! The number of SOD's - or any other knives - is known only by Dan Busse. You made your entrance in a great way with the SOD, as it should be a terrific knife. Welcome to the addiction! Tom

Dogs: Once we take the SOD of the web site for ordering we will be able to give you an idea of shipping. Hang tight the orders will be processed as they were recieved.

I am not sure what you guys are paying Renee but I can not get her out of my office on ship dates.

PS: I will provide the Yard with a heads up on when the knives are coming down off the site...Like always

Dan, if you ever ran for public office, I'd vote for you, even

Cool, Dan. Will a new knife be posted as soon as the SoDs go down or will the store go dark again?

The first thing I have to accomplish is running this new business model to its completion on this model. This gives us the opportunity to refine internal processes. Once I feel that we have our processes nailed, (keeping cost down and delivering the highest performance)I will come out with the next offering... date to be determined.

Dan
