Looks good, kinda like a mini SOD in a way... Mini? The blade is only 1/2" shorter than the SOD. Check it out next to a Swamp Rat M6.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I too find the fix much better to my eyes. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />
That does have a Bowie influence and also looks like a S-7 with the sloping nose. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
I vote thumbs up for the job well done. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
Peace.

Great job Vic! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> I also agree with you about the Bowie vs. Sarsquatch shape. Your "Bosquatch" looks great!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

The Sarsquatch has a unique shape. I wanted one as soon as I saw the pics from Blade. I like my new bowie, but I am glad I still have the CE, too. The new bowie is fast and light. It is a joy to use. It's like I got a new Busse, even if that wasn't my original intent, which was just to smooth out my Sarsquatch CG.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I really like that change Vic. Big thumbs up mate <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
Same deal with me, I prefer the look of the Bowie/clip point.
338, it just rolls off the tongue.

I hate to have to agree with everyone else <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> but the clip point is far more appealing to me than the original SARQ swedge. It was the key thing that turned me off the the SARQ and I never bought one.
You have a keen appreciation for the features that constitute a good knife Vic. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

[censored] that looks good Vic. The proportions are just right and it is a much better looking knife than the SAR. I am a little bored of the clip point on Scrapyards though and what I would really like to see is a Taliwhacker point.
I kind of like a drop point with no swedge as well like my SH-E which has a blade a 1/2 inch longer than the SOD.
Anyway your bowie looks great and is probably a faster handling and certainly better looking knife also it is also totally yours.
