Now that we have the SOD, I dare say the S7 will not be?, maybe the S8? So I'm thinking another S6 run would be sweet. One before Christmas even better <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> . After handling & using all my knives, it seems that my S6 just shines for me, feels so perfect in-hand. How many other hungry dogs, new & old, need a backup/spare/grail S6. I do <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I used to have several of them, but other dogs who missed the releases them have them now. I still have my original one. I like the S6 a lot, but I'm looking forward to the SODLE. They have been offered several times at shows and such. I expect we will see more of them. It is sort of a Scrap Yard standard.

Hahah, the S6 is an awesome knife for the money. With the SOD and DMCG, I don't really need it. I am trying to score a couple more of the original DMCG because I'm sure the shop is out/low on the busse basic handle and they'll become very rare soon, plus I really love it.

Dan says the SOD feels great in the hand and I believe him. But it's difficult for me to imagine a knife that would feel better than the S6 does. I'm hearing ya. There is just something very special about the S6, it's in my top 3 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

s6 is one of the best knives ever produced IMO. i think the SOD will give it a run for its money though <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I have to agree with Reconseed on this one. As the SOD is basically a shorter version of the DogFather, and it also feels great in the hand, I suspect it will be VERY difficult to pick one over the other for the "comfort" aspect. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

ResC is only so comfy. It feels cushy in the hand, but is a bit narrow for my tastes. Hand shaped ResC would be the bomb diggity!
