Looks like the same deal with my new G10 RMD I received today. I just do not like the shape or design of it's handle. It does not fit me nor does it give that much purchase, compared to my CW with it's marcarta & my S6 with it's Res C IMO. O well that's what you get when you have to buy before you try.

I'm pretty surprised to hear that, many people like the RMD/HRLM handle. I really wanted the RMD, but when I held the RMD and DMCG side by side, I knew I had to have the DMCG. To me, it just felt right.

I can appreciate all handles, but dislike the thin ones...

I reckon your right. I just compared them, the DMDC feels allot better IMO.

If another run is forthcoming, I do not forsee it happening until after the S7. Another five weeks for the SOD, five weeks more for the S7 and then the S6, if it happens. So expect a minimum of ten weeks until it happens, if at all.

I don't think the S7 is coming out anymore, at least not for a very long time. When the SOD came out, he said "It's not a Scrapper 7 like most thought it would be. It's much cooler!!!" From the sounds of it, no S7, but you know how Busse kin knives work, you never know.

Scrapyard and Busse has been busy at the shop pumping out NMSFNOs and SODs, I really think that in approximatively 4 weeks, Eric will announce the new rodent/s over at swamp rat and the shop will be busy with that.

These SR rodents sound promising. And no doubt they will be smallish blades, between 2-3.5" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> .
Being pretty practical with my knives, I rarely buy anything I wont use or overlap a knife. But I will always keep buying hunting skinners, as I use these all the time. Plus a man can never have enough hunting skinners <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

A man can never have enough doughnuts. Especially the powdered cake type.

Like said above, I doubt if we will see a S7, but you never know.

I love the Resiprene C handle and all but I think Scrapyard is ready for something that do not have a Resiprene C handle <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
