Two of my oldest friends stopped by and we killed a 12 pack and they got me a cigar so I smoked that. I don't smoke tobacco, but what the heck, it was my b-day present so I couldn't say no. My girlfriend took me to grab some sushi after and I had another beer. Beer and food coma put me out for an hour or so and she surprised me with 3 books: World War Z, Tao of Jeet Kune Do, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Theory and Technique, sweet! It's almost 3am and I still haven't studied for my midterm yet. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> Luckily it's an easy one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I've read World War Z; as far as the others go, I've read The Tao of Pooh and The Te of Piglet, but I don't think that's quite the same.

The Tao Jeet Kune Do is very interesting. I was flipping through it and there's really no structure to it, just a bunch of notes and drawings from Bruce Lee. Can't wait to get cracking on it though. I was reading WWZ in class and in the bus and it's addicting!

BJJ is always something I've been really interested in. Classes are expensive and I don't really have the time either. I haven't really looked through the book yet, but they talk about the theory and over 100 different moves with lots of pictures and explanation. It's the most popular BJJ book on amazon so I figure it's got to be decent. Now I just need someone to spar with. You down or what Ban? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
