A pal on one of the canadian forums said that he heard from Patti(this is reliable third hand info)that there will be a knife from the yard in about a month. She even let slip what knife it will be. A rerelease of the S6! It is not a new design so either this info is wrong or we read way to much into Dans communique. It makes good practical sense to have another S6 with Scrapyard being one of the hottest new knife companies. Personaly I would like to see it a different shape from the original(Taliwacker?) so those of us who were here from the begining (not me unfortunatly) would have something special and collectible like a SHSH. When Dan announced that there would be a new knife between DF's I said I would buy it sight unseen not even knowing what it was. I feel the same way whether it is a shaker ,S6 or something else. Patti is correct, we will have more Scapper 6's but what she did not share is the next model that is coming....soon. Dan A double release Dan, you have been busy Bors

Whatever the knife is that's announced next I'm going to try to make my own sheath. I've never made a sheath before but we have a local Tandy Leather so I'm gonna give it a go. That should make it even more economical

That's what I have done Kraz, and it has definitely saved some money (for more knives)! Mine are not as pretty as the pros, but they protect the blades and ME when I carry them. Good luck on your endeavors!! Tom
