The black/acu camo on the Mud Puppy is a cross weave knot.

The black/desert camo on the key chain is a square weave knot.

And the black/tan/coyote brown on the Dogfather is a double circle stitch.

First, you've got to have the time to do it. Then, it's just a matter of focus. I've always felt that I need to be a life-long learner. The internet will always fuel that need.

When I go brain-dead someday it won't be because of boredom.

As said by the others Rackemup, it's a good beginners start. Soon, you'll be making stuff like this.


If you want to check out some amazing work, google a guy named Stormdrane; This guys' the most seriously talented weaver of rope, 550 cord, etc. I've ever seen!

Just got a chance to quickly check out Stormdrane's blog.
Some really cool looking rope work on there. I'm going to have to get into
that a little bit deeper.
