Just saw the pic of the SFNO LE; very nice looking, but I wouldn't want to get it, as it would end up just being a safe queen; I'd always be afraid to use it, and ruin the value of it. I didn't see a price tho; what's Jerry asking for it? And only 300 of them?!?! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> Yeeesh! That's gonna be a fight and a half to get even one! That SNFO does look very nice, but like Cold One says, up here in Canuck Land,
we have to match up on the currency exchange, so add about an extra hundred
dollars and that's what we have to pay before taxes and shipping.
Have to sit this one out for that price.

Well, thankfully I am not a HOG and can also sit this one out. To be honest I am grateful that the knife up is in the size category which for me includes my FSH's and I can rest peacefully. I have handled the SNFO's and prefer the Fusion handle...there is better grip at the rear for chopping...so I am off the hook. A lovely knife though if you did'nt have something in that size.... and a bargain to boot as well for Satin Infi...

okay this is a stupid question but how does one become a "Hog", I really don't like socializing in an enviornment where people act like that. I love the knives but the crowd gets a bit full of themselves sometime. Anyway did they announce a price for them yet?

Sorry guys- you lost this " little dawg" - am I missing something ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> There's a Busse Combat "Ganza-style" sale of Special Forces Natural Outlaw Limited Edition knives on BladeForums between 9:30 and 9:55 PM (EST) on Thursday. Only people who are approved as "Hogs" may participate. I'm a Hog, but I was offended by some of the more long-time Hogs saying that those approved online vs in-person are "second class" members of the club. It's not the first time I've heard that argument, and it makes me a little angrier each time I read it, so this thread had two themes. 1) What do folks think of the knife? -- Are they going to try to get one, and 2) Why are the cranky old-timers being mean, which seems a bit whiny of me at the moment? #1- Nice knife but doubtful you need one.( or me) #2- beacuse they are "old" and have nothing better to do ? I don't think it is something to worry about as it needs to be fun- which might not be the case. Sounds like the SODs are coming and that will give you something to play with for awhile !! Just have a good time and don't worry about it. For what it is worth I <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> can ceratinly see your point though. Thanks for filling me in.

We try to support our fellow members on here...not have a "pop" at them...YMMV...if you have'nt got enough Infi to feel comfortable applying for Hog Status to participate directly...there have been posts by Hog members on here saying that they would assist others...but you would need to ask them directly...which would help you have a chance at one of these knives.

I had like 7 or 8 posts over there, I have 2 Busse knives. I followed the "instructions" and sent an email to amy@bussecombat.cominclude 1. Real Name 2. Forum Name 3. What Busse's you have (Swamp Rat and ScrapYard not included) 4. Why you wnat to be a HOG 5. 3 possible HOG names. HURRY,before noon their time (ohio I think) I am now officially FuGaHog (they didnt even ask for my creditcard number! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> )
