Well, I thought long and hard about the SOD, but in the end I decided on this. Now I have blades from my 3 favorite manufacturers, SY, Busse & BRK&T. Here it is with my ASH-1:

I really like that Combo!

I love the look of the combo. Who or what is the sharpening stick?

Those aren't sharpening rods, they're ferro rods/firesteel. You can use the spine (or edge) of your knife and strike it and it makes sparks.
