What is your favorite Multi Tool for your EDC and why ? I am leaning towards a Leatherman - but kind of want something a bit different. I will also be carrying a Rescue Knife that WHICH DAWG told me about- but wife wrapped it for Christmas so no report yet. I am thinking that tool ( rescue) with a good Multi Tool might be the way to go. Be REALLY cool to have one out of SR77 or 101 or INFI !! ( $$$) What say you folks ? What type or brand do yo carry ? Thank You

There are several that I really like and I carry some kind of SAK always, but the Multi-tool that I've EDC'd for the last couple of years is the Leatherman Surge. I like the size for one, the interchangeable bits, the interchangeable Saw blades, the good locking punch, and the scissors that are capable of cutting more than just small stuff.

I like the Leatherman Titanium (Charge) a lot too, and if I could, there's two things that I'd improve about the Surge, to make it even better. One, I'd give it handles like the Leatherman Titanium (Charge), and two, I prefer to have the S30V, or 154CM blades.

I've got a Gerber Multi-Tool (had it for 10+ years) and a Leatherman Wave.

I like my Leatherman Ti Charge. It's the same as the Wave, but Titanium scales and a better knife steel (154 CM).

I don't have any closeups of it, but here's a few pics that it's in.

I have a Leatherman, and a Gerber Multi Tool. The Leatherman has come in real handy at times.

We are only allowed slip joints over here for EDC and the blade needs to be 3 inches or less....so I have a Leatherman Juice and a SAK Champion I think...the SAK is really old...well over 25 yrs...been a god send on many an occaision!

+1 for Leatherman

I love the wave (lost it so will be forced to upgrade to charge) but truth be told I use my micra the most. Fits in the change pocket of my jeans! You can't beat that.

I collected multitools long before I got in.to knives. I litteraly have about 100 or more. I like a lot of brands but the tool that does the most is the leatherman wave or charge. I carry the charge every day. the charge al is just as nice as the older charge ti.

Its the feel, ya know? I've tried many also but the Leatherman series feels the tightest yet smoothest and still most solid.
