I noticed a few BC members around and was hoping that there would be a junior hockey fan or two in the yard. I am a Big fan of the "W" and sometimes even my beloved Chiefs. Any other fans out there? Lets chew the puck.

Well, I live in Kamloops, so the home town Kamloops Blazers get a big Rah Rah
from me.
Haven't had much opportunity to get out and support them the last couple of
years, but there's quite a history here. Lots of players and coaches have
gone on to big things in the NHL, World Cup and Olympics.

My favorite hockey player who is still in the game is part owner of the Blazers. I get to see the Blazers in our barn a few times a year. You should go support the boys and enjoy a cold beverage one of these nights. The blazers are doing OK this year and are beating Red Deer as we type.

Which one were you thinking of?

Of all those, I think that Marc Recchi is my favorite. He's a home town
boy, born and raised here. Played for the local team and made it big.
The even named a street after him here.

Indeed, Jarome is my favorite player, but the Wrecking Ball is firmly in the top ten as well.

Hockey is not real big around here, I like the Stars though.
