Oh man, that is like a palace, Vance. If it had wheels and better workmanship, my house would be a mobile home. What a fantastic first house, Vance. Best of luck to you and Kylie though in this economy I'd be surprised if you didn't get it. Our first house, nearly 30 years ago, was a one bedroom condo. Our first mortgage had a 15% annual interest rate. My have times changed <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> You are very wise to buy now. Not only are prices lower than they've been in years, we are going to enter an inflationary environment once the deflation/recession/depression plays out. Paying a mortgage in dollars that are worth less will be a good thing for your wallet. Plus it looks like a great place for kids <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> And your pic made me wish I had more tan knives <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
