I was just looking over the knives section on the website and a question came to mind.If every knife listed there was a regular production,as in you could buy any model any time,Which knife would Scrapyard sell the most of? Irealize this is probably more of a popularity question than a reality question, because if those knives were always available then Scrapyard would put most other knife manufacturers out of business. It's only the limited availability that keeps Busse-kin blades from taking over the world!

I think the new SOD might just outdo it, but who knows? People always seem to want whatever is unavailable. Scrapper 6s were easy to find a year ago. I think the DF would be right up there, too. It's a lot knife for the money.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Right now it is my SOD. However, that might change as I can pick up a few different ones. I would love to hold a DM and BD and a DF. I know for a fact those three would be bought if I can find them at a reasonable price.

I say the S6. THe SOD is right there behind it. IMO, these are the 2 most versatile and bombproof knives the Yard has given us to date, all things considered.
The s6 is the absolutely greatest combat knife ever built. I have never seen another knife that touches it. For a soldier going to Iraq, I cant think of or have ever seen a knife that possess its awe and toughness. Agile, sharp, tough, and bombproof.
The SOD is just a tank of a knife. You have to hold one to understand what I am saying. those who own the SOD can attest to this.
HD - what do you mean the SOD might out-do the s6? I am interested to hear this.

All I meant was that the SOD might become more popular than the S6. It is much like the Camp Tramp, and those are much sought after. But who knows? To my knowledge Dan has never released sales figures.

Scrapper 6 all the way in my opinion. I like the balance and plain out feel in my hand. Not to big not to small just right to me.

The S6 is sweet. Carries light and is fast in the hand. Small enough for detail work, big enough to chop. It's a heck of a knife.
