The Endura is a great knife - I have one (154CM) and love it. You could also consider the Delica - it's a little smaller than the Endura but available in the ZDP-189 steel which is great. I also recommend the Military and the Para military which are made of S30V steel. Just FYI- They offer a knife called a Sage - it has carbon fiber handles and the blade is S30V and it's under $100 - good buy.
I like the ZT's also and Strider makes some nice folders as well.

I like knives I can take apart to clean some of the Spydercos are rivoted together.
