I know many dogs would love to see a SY sword. I have never been one of them. I watched Hellboy II last night (1 star). If Dan would be willing to try one of these puppies, I might bite. ![[Linked Image from thesworddepot.net]](http://www.thesworddepot.net/images/MC-HBO1L.jpg)

Ok Wig, I'll bite.
I'm no knife expert, but I do like the lines (I'm a fan of flattened Persian/S Curve type blades). Looks like it wood be a good heavy duty combat blade if you're doing a lot of slashing, especially with the extra long handle. Probably not a whole lot of practical use but there's definitely a market as proven by the Busse AK, Ruck, Argonne(?) - am I right? How about the Hellboy blade paired with a functional version of the knife Strider carries in LOTR?
ps - Welcome to the weekend!

I like it, without the hook though. Like a fancy katana. Maybe extend the dogfather and put an s-curve to it.

What is happening at the pointy end? At least, traditionally that’s supposed to be the pointy end. It’s not that I can’t figure out what use it would be. I can’t figure out what it is. Was that sword designed by M. C. Escher?

I'd actually prefer a Bolo, or AK type blade style if Dan decides to make a big blade. But I'm game for whatever... as long as it's not serrated... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Man I need one of those for Liger hunting. They still have Ligers in Texas? I thought all the Emus that were turned loose and went feral wiped them out????
