this looks like the perfect 5" knife.. Perfect! It is nice. I wish Dan or Renee would tell us the steel. If it's 154CM, sign me up. This knife is nothing like the HG55. This is a good looking all-around field knife. I like it even better than the Scrap Muk.

is that a sabre grind or a full grind with a reflection of someting on it. at first i thought it might be a convex grind but not so sure now.

Between MODs, DMDCs, DMCGs (Knob Creek releases, I don't have any of the extra-thick original recipe CGs), and DMLEs, I own over 30 Dumpster Mutts, so I thought the S5 would finally be a knife I could skip as redundant -- Mudders, it had to be mudders... and a new handle color... and a drop point blade... Oh well, I'm not obsessed, it's not a sickness, I'm just trying to do my part to support the economy, right??

this is the first scrapper at the sight of which i was actually stunned.
i was also hoping it would be 154cm but i wouldn't complain with a combat grade in sr77 if it saves me some money.
