In light of the recent news about the Scrapper 5, I thought I'd post this picture of my current 5 inch collection. Here they are:

A modded Ka-Bar Becker BK2, a DMCG, a DMDC, and a Ratmandu. I'm thinking they're a little lonely and need a Scrapper 5 to change things up a bit! Yes! More SR101 to balance out the Sr77 to Sr101 ratio!

Yeah, it was on BF. I can't decide which could take more of a beating; the DMCG, or the BK2. Maybe I'd describe the DMCG as a "big, little knife," and the BK2 as a "little, big knife." It's interesting how much more there is to knife designs than just the lengths. To the average person, these knives probably all seem the same, but to us, the knife nuts, they each have their own special characteristics! That's why I don't think I'll have any problem adding a CG Scrapper 5 to this collection!

That Becker is a tank. It sure is dressed up with those scales. I had the pleasure of sharpening a couple of those recently, and they are BIGGER than I thought. They are 1/4" thick, too. I was impressed. They feel like much larger knives than the DM or Ratmandu. Ethan put a little of the Brute in those designs. Thanks for the pics. Looks like your new Scrapper 5 will have some quality company.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
