One of my favorite outdoor workouts is finding standing rotten dead trees. Then I push 'em, and rock them back and forth until I break them and they fall. Just like a bear lookin' for grubs. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> It really tires you out if you get a big stubborn one.
us chainsaw guys call those trees "man-killers". as you rock them the top section cracks off and while your still registering the "crack" it falls on you.
