So Diceman, did you really get a reply or is this a joke?
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

fact that my was inspected by inspector 13.. Must be bad luck.
Sometimes, in rare cases, the steel can have a small air bubble or non-homogenous seam. Normally this is inconsequential. However, if this occurs along the edge, a chip will occurr as you describe.
No worries since ScrapYard offers the best warranty in the business. Please e-mail Patti and she will give you directions on returning your blade.
Dan
Dan, No worries! Your stuff is still the best. I have owned many knives and like all of us around the yard I know that these things happen. Hey it's a tool and sometimes there will be a defect no matter how hard on tries. We ar enot perfect BUT Scrap Yard Knives are about as close as perfection can get!!!
You and your brother have a life customer!!!!!! I will endorse your stuff..... EVEN if I had broken the blade in half!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />
Thanks for the great service! I will email Patti on Monday for the directions.
Thanks,
Dan <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Dmelone - I think you SHOULD post that as you did - no need to make a new thread for something that we don't need to neccessarily "advertise." This is Ganza Night Discussion - and we're up for WHATEVER you've got to talk about brother. We all know that Dan and Patti will take care of you though. Just gotta wait for the Brown Truck again!!! Oh, God no... I do not want this to get out to the newbies, Thats why I posted here to get the other Scrap Yard Dog's advice. I was actually gonna go back and delete my original. I wasn't going to post a new thread on this one. You got it brother - good group of guys and a girls here. Anyways, Scrapyard has the best Warranty in the business, and I'm glad for that - for you - and for my peace of mind! I really need to get out and Chop soon - I've just been so BUSY!!!
