i'd go with the nmsfno. not too original, but man does it feel good in your hand.

I believe the SR M9LE is pretty close to my favorite blade. Alittle large , but I can do things with the bigger blade that the smaller one can't.....Now could I please have that in INFI..???

Simple question... NO QUESTION ABOUT IT....hands down!!!

[Linked Image from scrapyardknives.com]

Specs at a glance:

Steel: SR-77
Hardness: 58 - 60 Rc
Handle: Resiprene C

Thickness: Approx .285"
Blade Length: 5" with penetrator tip
Overall Length: 9 1/2"

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I would change or have made differently than the DMCG. Period. GREATEST COMBAT knife ever conceived or created. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

My ultimate dream knife? INFI SOD sharpened and profiled by Horndog! (The difficult part may be getting the thing back off him after he'd done the edge!) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I like this topic Knotslip. So assuming a Ratmandu LE is never made...my ideal knife is:

5.5" flat ground convexed satin INFI, 0.25" thick. I like the shape of the RAT RC-5 (I know, blasphemy), and I'll take the micarta SFNO Mags with liners. If the RC-5 shape doesn't do it for ya, I also like the Busse SAR5 if the talon hole was placed elsewhere.

It's about what does it for "you" - not me or anyone else. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
