Simple question... NO QUESTION ABOUT IT....hands down!!!

Specs at a glance:

Steel: SR-77
Hardness: 58 - 60 Rc
Handle: Resiprene C

Thickness: Approx .285"
Blade Length: 5" with penetrator tip
Overall Length: 9 1/2"

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I would change or have made differently than the DMCG. Period. GREATEST COMBAT knife ever conceived or created. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

O YEAH brother<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Scrap Yard need <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" /> to re-release the CGDM so we can all taste those special bones.

Yah an AK sure would be nice. I'm still workin' on getting a CGFBM. That is my grail knife for right now (it is one that is at least attainable in the somewhat near future).

It might be the NMSFNO, but maybe something a little lighter, like the DFLE or SODLE. Then again, the ultimate knife has to be INFI. I think maybe it is this one.

My SAR Bowie is a great all-around knife. As is the SARsquatch itself.

hell yea man. and magnum, ill admit, if it were offered in infi, id definitely buy it. but im telling you, for the purpose the DMCG was made for, SR77 is perfect. the knife is made to bash, pry, stab, and not break under any circumstances... oh yea, THEN it can cut too. the focus with the DMCG IMO is to be a sharp, blunted point of SR77 that WONT break... edge retention and cutting ability werent the first thing in mind when dan made this PERFECT knife. (as off as that sounds)

I have my perfect knife. My Camp Tramp. Waited for 3 1/2 yrs for it and got it
just after Christmas last year. Here it is next to my SOD.

The reason for thinking of it as my perfect knife is because of this photo.
I have the Camp Tramp, just bought the fly rod, and now have to get out and get
the fish
