It better be the one I just spent 8 hours sanding on, the NMSFNO!

How did it take the sharpening guru so long?

I think the S5 LE in infi could be the ultimate blade for me...as far as a knife goes. If we could eliminate the choil....it has my vote.

Now as far as a short sword....I am in for a Dogfather sharpened by Vic...

A camp tramp for less than 200 bucks would make my day Sweet little knife, but I'm not paying double what it originally sold for...

It used to be The Bird Dog,because it was a 3/16th Fighter with a deadly up-swept angle.

Then it was the Muk because of the W I D E blade that it has, complimenting The Bird so well I envisioned them as the perfect every day carry duo.

Still do.

In a big knife I believe The Dog Father Combat Grade is it. Priced at just over a hundred bucks it is fat and sassy. Stronger than any knife I own. It has been used to demolish many thing organic and non on the farm where I live.

So yes I already have my dream knives. All were price to performance smashers! living on a constant budget the Scrap yard Knife Company always seems to come up with a new and different blade that I simply can't do without.

The Scrap Yard touch on the stainless I have from them is beyond compare.
SR-77 is without a doubt the closest thing to INFI that has ever been made.

Honestly I believe I am bias due to owning every model made by them. Each has always been a force to be reckoned with and each has made its way into my EDC rotation.

The Scrapper 5 on order in Brown/Brown and Moss Green/Green will be the next BEST knives I own. The longer blade over the Street Scrapper Four and keeping the Mudders on a bigger blade in my choice of colors and schemes will no doubt push me over the edge.

God I love my Scrappers!

peace.

You know, I love my SOD and my DMDC. I'm also stocked for the S5, but I would love to get a Chopweiler, a SARsquatch and a NMFBM one day. Those three seem to jump out at me the most lately.

It's superb steel alright.

If I couldn't get another piece of INFI it wouldn't stress me too much . But if I couldn't get a Scrap Yard with it's resiprene C handles, SR-77 super steel & it's array of superb models, well, that's a nightmare. IMO for the $$$ & when I consider my users, Scrap Yard knives are my No.1 pick for fixed blades!
