This knife certainly has some interesting details. gives it some personality.

I think the HG55 has some of the best lines of any Busse. While I prefer the smooth convex grind of the LE, the Curly French Fry Making version is growing on me. Nice Knife, lachine. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
