I posted it in DB thread. When I was younger I realized I needed a body bag to "visit" when things were not going the way I wanted them to. Well, I still have, or had, the bag set up and went and visited it the other night. Needless to say I had a punch land a little off and ended up with a boxers fracture. Not the first time, but I did tear the bag down yesterday. The bag was just an old army duffle packed tight with stuff and a makeshift hanger. Probably would have been better off having a set of gloves but never got to it.

I do know that since the bag is gone, my new "vent" activity will be chopping!

Been there and done that before. Did they have to rebreak the fracture to set the bone or did they give you a screw down splint to keep the bone from bowing? My right hand pinky bone in my hand (metacarpal for you anatomy types) is permanently bowed because I didn't want to get it re-broken. Good luck with the recovery. Maybe gloves next time?

At first I was thinking "body bag" - like those that they put dead bodies in. Then I read on and figured out what you were talking about...Hope the hand/wrist heals soon!

Thanks for the update Jeff. All the Dogs kept asking me. I damaged a wrist on a bag. Then I went to kick boxing to work out. Now I just sit around and get fat

I think sitting around getting fat might be more fun than healing up.

I need to get back on the tennis court so I can lose enough weight to get back on my mountian bike. The mountain is really uncomfortable when you're carrying 50 extra pounds
