I did some work with mine the other day on some storm damage limbs that were dragged out of a pond. It's a marvelous tool when you need something whacked, hacked, and generally obliterated. I have to say, though, that while resiprene feels great in the hand and gives a great grip when it's dry, it doesn't cope well with pond slime. I didn't lose it, but it felt shaky on the upswing. Time to braid a retaining strap?
