I want to see prices for the new releases before I get too excited. It might grow on me, but I don't particularly like the "crescent moon" pommel; I'd have preferred that the pommel just match the contours of the handle slabs. I suppose they could be ground off -- does anyone else think it detracts from the sword's lines?

I think it will grow on you Jim. I am not a big sword fan but want to get a couple Regualtors and at least one Vex.The pommel is actually pretty nice. Just my thoughts. I am wondering price-Thanks

The 450 price is for G10, 388 for micarta.
