Slick, I really like the hanger sheath for the large blades. I can not get over how large the Busse is either. I sure would like to get my hands on one just to say that I held one!

That sheath is a perfect match for your blade. Nice choice, and great job, RW.

not much of a fan of snakeskin, but that is an awesome looking sheath (and knife.) Jeff's craftsmanship is superb.

Yes; At the Fall 2008 Knob Creek there was a Dog Father release. They all had logos and were in black, tanker gray, and tan. The blacks and grays were saber ground, but the tans were full-height. I bought 3 of each, with the intention of selling one of each to other folks in the yard.

The tans sold out within the first couple hours, so they were gone by the time Peter (Steel Fan) arrived. When I showed him one of my tan DFs, he observed the difference in grind. I'd been so focused on the colors that I hadn't noticed that -- I'd simply assumed that they had fewer tans and/or it was a more popular color, either or both of which may have been true but the grind was also probably a factor. Since my intent was to pass along one of each anyway, I traded a tan for one of the grays he'd bought; I later sold two grays and a black instead of one of each (I also traded one of my two remaining grays, but that's another story).

Jim, not only is the Rainwalker sheath a thing of beauty, the SHBM looks like a very practical chopper. The two together are stunning. Very nice. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
