Get this man more bourbon! So as not to waste steel, Dan could make the little accessory knives from the left over stock and sell them separately. Little tiny Res c handled scrappers. It takes a wide piece of stock to make a curved blade like that.

I've been thinking of picking up a bottle of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage - it's a bit tough to find around here but well worth it. Yum!
