I love the tests! Even though there are no Busse kin in the video, since you use the same piece of wood (or so it seems) in each test you can compare with other vids.
it looks like the Hudson bay beat the NMSFNO in chopping too.
Bark Rivers have excellent performance.

I love these reviews! They show how different blade geometry and weight can make a huge difference in a chopper. Those BRKT are pretty killer too. If anything we can see that SYKCO is on the right path with good comfortable handles and good weight on the blades. Now, I think there should be a bigger focus on the blade geometry to be the all time best chopper. Great reviews Michelangelo!

How do you like the Handle on the Hudson bay?

I'm performing a sort of Tournament about my knives lomger than 6". So in future I'll perform a fight NMSFNO vs BRKT Hudson Bay too.
Hudson Bay Handle: comfortable, but a little bit too smooth.
