I've been running 3 miles almost everyday for the last few years and I started to get some very minor knee pain yesterday. Today I tried to go running and after half a mile, I could feel the pain get worst and worst. I tried to push myself through the pain but didn't want serious injuries so I walked home. Weird. Guess I'll take a break from running for a while and swim instead, I need to practice that anyways because I'm terrible at it.

Yeah try some low impact exercise. Biking is great . It's also a great way to spend some time in those outdoor spots around you.

My Ka-bar heavy bowie handily out-chopped almost every Bussekin knife it was put up against in a recent chopoff, including much longer blades like the M9LE and NMSFNO. For 50 bucks, that's tough to beat.

Is muddy the brown handle? This is what I ordered:

BTW, I think I'm gonna list all of the ones I'm "willing" to sell on bladeforums for fairly high prices, and if no one bites, then I won't be sad that I'm keeping them. The only knife I really have no desire to keep is the mud puppy.

I'm leaning towards listing these: Both High Streets, Mud Puppy, Mini Mojo, and maybe an S5. There are a lot of NMSFNO's on the exchange lately, and I don't think I could make enough of a profit to make me let it go, and the SoD has been used so won't pull much of a profit either. I'll probably keep anything I can't sell at a profit.
