Thanks, Matt.

I think most people would consider me terribly reckless and foolhardy, but somehow I've survived, so far.

lazi, I like the lines on the FFBM, more.

Wasn't there someone here saying that a knife just like the one you just bought was their dream knife, a few days ago? You should sell it to ... whoever that was.

Perhaps 2 or 3 left, by now. Maybe.

the lines might actually be what it is about the ffbm. the nmfbm would come in second and then the one that i snagged. my grail is a recurve battle mistress prototype.

i think that's why i wanted the extreme judge. the lines just looked right.

You can probably get a recurve put into a regular BM after market, either by the custom shop or a 3rd party.

i did think about that. i'd probably just cave in one day and spend way too much on a knife. i really hope that sr or sykc make a 9' recurve. kinda doubt it will happen but i'd like to see.

I had the nicest satin jack Jerry ever made. It was beautiful, and it was a very functional camping knife. (Yes, it was a user.)
