Morning guys - anything exciting happening? I've been looking for cheap sources of decent-sized sheets of kydex. I wanna make a sheath for my waki, figuring it'll be around $75 to get a decent sheath for them when they come out. I've bought plenty of 4'x8' sheets of ABS from Piedmont Plastics over the last 6 or 7 years and I know they sell various types of the Kydex sheets as well. The last time I priced any though it was about $170.00 for the 4x8 sheet in gray @ 1/12" thick. The prices for the plastics seems to follow the fuel prices so I'd buy while gas prices are down. I have seen places like Jantz that have the smaller sheets if you aren't looking to make but one sheath but even for a couple hundred bucks you would save plenty by making a dozen or so.

hahah! The one I'm set on right now is the CZ P-01, compact 9mm. If it doesn't feel right in my hands, Glock is my second option. ![[Linked Image from img.photobucket.com]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v302/MRpilot/cz-p01-left-full-hi.jpg)

I would certainly consider switching to the iPhone if I could use Sprint with it. I have sprint too.

Looks a LOT like an sti gp6. (except a lot better looking imo) why the CZ pink? just wondering... I've read some good things about them. I'm guessing it's a DAO? I've been wanting a sig (probably certified pre-owned one) for a while now... gonna have to get one eventually.
Man it's been a while since I've posted... I've been reading about every thread (except this one) though.
ALSO!.. since my days joining the yard as just a silly, obnoxious teen, I've become.. a silly, obnoxious teen who can drive! (responsibly of course!) getting my permit tomorrow! Maybe some of older dogs can appreciate that. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

It's in 40 S&W, I don't think they make em' anymore, but you can find em. I love it. ![[Linked Image from farm4.static.flickr.com]](http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3449/3363756339_cb647526aa_b.jpg)

looks a little like the sp2022, except the slide is more like a p239 (?) unlike the sp2022 which looks like a p229 slide. I was considering the sp2022 because of it's affordability. idk, I'd have to hold a few.

Pink: the slide looks pretty unique on that CZ... it's so small!

The CZ is a nice pistol. Those have a good rep. One of my friends shoots them in our PPC league. Not that one, but a tricked out 9mm. I'm into SIG's. Have never shot the 2340 or 2022. More of a classic P series guy. Look around, ask friends, hang out on SIGforum, or a handgun forum, ask yourself a million questions, then make a decision. . Glock is good too. SA XD, S&W MP, 1911, too many choices. All have +1 and -1 points.
Firearms are like knives. Another addiction.

Some guy on BF posted an "I'll take it" on an item I have for sale...he has no regular way to contact him ie. email or PM. He could have cost me the sale as I had some other guys on the hook, what a rat.
Off to the store to get some paint, oh the wonders of home ownership. Lol, I am really blessed to have a house at all and honestly have no complaints. I bet the iron will look good with a fresh coat.

The only thing I don't like re: the CZ is the safety. Same with Beretta. It is not needed. Another brick in the wall. Another step. Glock has a constant pound pull, (?) between shots, SIG has either DA?SA or DAK, just depends on what you like. I don't like safeties. Revolvers don't need them.
Like knives, you will end up knowing what you like.

What iron? You going to prime first? Owning a house, (actually me and the bank own it) is a great feeling. Lots of work tho.
