My goofy chopoffs and anecdotal experiences with knives are about as far removed from scientifically accurate as humanly possible. I spend all day doing science - on the weekends I just chop stuff up for fun. The "findings" from those things are so grossly inaccurate and without any sort of reproducibility that it's not even funny. The fact that I'm a scientist means NOTHING when it comes to those - except perhaps that I might put a disclaimer at the top admitting that my "results" are complete horse crap and you shouldn't believe them <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
