Pfft. Worst case scenario they can make a profit selling 'em. Chances are it's going to be a classic. Look at all the LE's the Yard has produced. Classic's.
Did I forget to mention, classic?

I don't really understand why used Busse family knives lose value so much. The thing is guaranteed forever to anybody who happens to own it, so it's not like you're losing "lifetime" out of the steel.

My only theory is that far more people just like to look at them instead of use them. :|

I am starting to think that you are right. But then again, I don't want to pay full price for a used truck either.

I should have bought 2 of the LE's. Since I ordered a Busse Tank buster also would I be greedy if I just shipped the Tank Buster to my brother in Iraq ?

The LE is not coated so maybe I could convince him that the Tank Buster is more practical since it's coated and would blend in nicely with the terrain in Iraq.

Would you guys buy that excuse ???

I do believe that people are feeling a dent in the wallet lately from all the new releases here, the Swamp and the trough. I know a lot of people are complaining about the secondary market on blades and guns. When there is a flux of items, it is hard to move others. Look at AR and AK rifles--they were non-existent just a few months back and now they can not be given away fast enough. I know there are some local dealers that were jacking the price up on the rifles the day Obama was elected, and now that they have new inventory in they think they still can rape the unknowing. Lets just say those dealers hurt themselves because a lot of the guys I know and shoot with refuse to patronize those establishments now. I guess the old adage get what you can when you can does not translate to long term business relations.

I dropped my cell phone in the washer last week. I was told to put it in rice immediately to soak up the moisture

Yeah, supposed to put it inside a sealed ziplock bag of rice. The bag seals the environment, and makes the rice draw moisture from only the phone, and not the air too.

I agree Sumo. They'll get theirs. That's why I love the Yard. They continue to put out stuff at very reasonable prices.

I have probably ruined more cell phones than anyone here, well according to my wife that is. I figured out a long time ago the rice trick works very well and the paint drier/stripper doesn't LOL.
