We had Altel here until Verizon bought them out. So far, I have not seen any problems with Verizon so far, but it has only been a couple months. I need to find a phone that is like a tank--it is a shame that they aren't built tougher.

np man... im hard on my gear... if i wasn't i probably wouldn't own the tough as nails knives we like here... so yea i have to find some pretty tough stuff. I was going to get a tough book laptop... but i realized it didnt matter and you can pick up new laptops so cheap now if you replace it , its like doing an upgrade... at around the same price.

I don't really understand why used Busse family knives lose value so much. The thing is guaranteed forever to anybody who happens to own it, so it's not like you're losing "lifetime" out of the steel.

My only theory is that far more people just like to look at them instead of use them. :|

I am starting to think that you are right. But then again, I don't want to pay full price for a used truck either.

Except vehicles aren't guaranteed against ANYTHING that goes wrong with them, plus they very clearly wear out with time. A used truck is going to have more issues and more maintenance needed than a new truck, that's why it's cheaper. A used Busse knife isn't any less good than a new one except for cosmetics.

I should have bought 2 of the LE's. Since I ordered a Busse Tank buster also would I be greedy if I just shipped the Tank Buster to my brother in Iraq ?

The LE is not coated so maybe I could convince him that the Tank Buster is more practical since it's coated and would blend in nicely with the terrain in Iraq.

Would you guys buy that excuse ???

Heck no i wouldnt buy that excuse. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> I also wouldnt care cause i would be tickled pink to get a tank buster for free. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Just do the brotherly thing and tell him to suck it up cause the LE is yours. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

It would be in poor taste to build on that opening... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
