I was on CPF before the Yard (had to limit my vices). I got into Fenix real quick, but I did do a cabela's xpg mod with a wolf-eyes drop-in. 265 lumens in a little package. It'll take those Malkoff drop-ins for the surefire too. Gonna have to get some now.

Yup, those Malkoff's are the shiznit. Do they still only put out a few at a time? It's been a while since I've visited that site but if I remember it was similar to the Busse business plan.

The plain original M60 is being mass produced by another company in partnership with Gene but I'm not sure about the other modules. The last time I looked there were over a dozen modules. I have the M60WF and M60WFL. W=Warm, F=Flood, L=Low. There are also LLs (lowlow) and M30s for use with L-ion 3.7V batteries.

I'm trying to get myself into a Mini Commander. I've parted with most of my folders actually although that is what I carry the most.

I had a NovaTac EDC 120P and it was way brighter than my SF Backup and waterproof to boot. That is the extent of my "high" end flashlights though.

By the way, I have a light that will not only cook an egg, but it will start paper on fire. Its got a Welch-Allyn 1185 bulb and fits into a SureFire head. The problem is that I rarely use it and the run-time is 8 minutes. Its mounted in a SureFire 9Z with a newer Z41 switch and Z44 head with glass window.

Lol, I am familiar with Welch-Allyn, that is where alot of my Dad's medical supplies came from. I had no idea their stuff was modded for flashlight use though.

Are these the ones for the mag lites ? One of my Texas friends has some for me I think ?

Yep, you know I got you covered Bob. I've now got about 9 million dollars worth of stuff here that I've picked up for you. I put in a call to Ft.Sill the other day and asked if they could send a C-130 over to pick it all up and fly it to Oregon. They said it would be no problem considering who you are and all ...We just have to finish clearing the runway!

The modded stuff is dangerous. I would probably blind myself if I got something of that level.

I carry a lighter all the time, don't smoke, just find it is always being used.
