hey everyone, got more kydex making tools in today, giving it my first shot at home (previous one was done at Ban's with rivet tools and press). I got the little $12 hand rivet setter. i gave it a couple test runs and I'm getting the hang of it.

when i was a kid my cousin and i had a little rock show on his parents' lawn. i wrote this ten minute metal instrumental with a title i can't remember but it was something about future justification. haven't played it since.
i'm recalling the riffs right now and trying to record it, as a musician with more than one year's experience. lookin back, some of it was pretty good. this recording, however, is going terribly.

Toying with the thought of buying one of those new PS3 Slim models. The bad thing I heard about it is it's not backwards compatible. You can't play PS1 & PS2 games on it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> My PS2 covers that off. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Indeed it does. I have the original 20GB PS3 (no wifi <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />) BUT the original 20 gig and 60 gig had the real PS2 chip set, all the new ones only have software emulation for their 'backward compatibility'.. The original 60 gig is the best one ever made. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
