I was kind of thinking about getting a AR57 at some point to give me a reson to shoot more 5.7 rounds. This is also why I'm thinking about getting a nice 308. If I don't get the VTR then if will be a FNH rifle.

Is it easy to get ammo for the 5.7?

Uhh... To explain...The variety of loads for the 308 would feel the gap of a 223 from what Im thinking. Then I could be okay with a 5.7... Maybe snag a AR upper later...
