My dad worked for Public Service in Hoboken when it was bad. A couple years ago my cousin, who is a priest in Hoboken said its been cleaned up.

hoboken has improved. jeresey city seemed to decline while i was in new brunswick. i wasn't happy when i came back, but the police seem to have mobilized recently.
